Belgrave Coutour – Returns & Cancellations

Please note: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:

  1. The product is complete, including all parts, components, and original packaging in the same condition as received.

  2. Only normal handling is visible – damage due to careless use is excluded.

  3. Hygiene-related products must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

  4. Any defect must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods.

  5. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

  6. Returns will be processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

Belgrave Couture reserves the right to refuse returned items if there is evidence that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


How do I return my order?

If your order meets the above requirements, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to Support@belgrave-coutour.com with the subject Return Request.

  2. Include the following details in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo of the product (in case of damage)

    • First and last name

    • Full address

We will then provide you with the correct return address.
⚠️ Do not return the package to the sender address. The correct warehouse address will be sent to you after your request.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Cancellations (Right of Withdrawal)

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions if they are acting as private individuals and not for commercial or professional purposes.

A. Cancellation Policy

  • The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party authorized by you, who is not the carrier) received the last item in your order.

  • Orders are processed automatically once placed. Therefore, cancellations are not possible once the goods are already in transit.

  • If the goods are in shipment from our warehouses in Asia, cancellation before delivery is not possible. You may instead return the goods once received, following the return process above.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly (e.g., by email to Support@belgrave-coutour.com) of your decision to cancel the contract. The cancellation is only effective once the returned goods are received by us.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract:

  • We will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (and any additional costs from non-standard delivery choices), within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.

  • Refunds will be made via the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for this refund.


Important Notice

  • All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.

  • We strongly recommend keeping your shipping confirmation until your return is fully processed.
